It hasn't been all bad days, though. We've just been busy. We were at camp for nine days. Went to the lake for the 4th of July. Got 4 teeth in one week. We've been to Midland and Lubbock several times. We had VBS last week. Dustin has been working on the weekends and since I use Saturdays to get caught up and organized for the next week...this is hard for all of us.
So since I've been largely absent for the last 6 weeks...here are some pictures to catch us up...(in no particular order)
We'll start with camp. Camp was....hot. It was a lot different with two babies. It was hot - did I mention that already? It was fun to see all of our friends and all of their babies. It was great to spend time with Dustin's family, but it was very very hot. So we spent most of our time in the camper.
Eva came and spent the week with us. I would not have made it through the week without Eva and Neva! They were a tremendous help!
Page taught the baby Bible class. I think there were 13 babies in there most days.
This is a bad picture, but Dustin was Johnny Cash in the talent show.
The highlight of the week was definitely Katelyn's decision to be baptized. I am so proud of her!
Here are all of the twins at camp. How fun!
It really was a great week!
4th of July is one of my favorite holidays! For most of my life it has involved family, the lake, lots of food, and constant games of 42. There aren't many preparations to make: no presents to buy, no big turkey to cook, no baskets to assemble....just being together is enough.
This year, we met Dustin's family at Lake Ivie/San Angelo.
We arrived at the house we stayed at Friday afternoon.
